Kitemed Cyprus organizes the SUP (Standing Up Paddling) Cup in Cyprus with three races where you can qualify for the Hellenic SUP CUP 2014, the crossing of the unique Isthmus of Corinth in Greece.

Location: Windsurfers on Tour Station, Limassol
There will be three days of competition:
- The first race of the CUP will take place on Sunday July 6th, at “The Spot”, Kiti Beach, Larnaca.
- The 2nd race of the CUP will take place on Sunday September 7th in Limassol at Windsurfers on Tour Station (Limassol sailing center).
- The 3rd and final race of the CUP will take place on Sunday October 5th, at “The Spot”, Kiti Beach Larnaca.
The race is for amateurs and professional athletes, irrespective of gender, age and equipment and aspires to become the starting point for the stand up and paddle (SUP) sport in Cyprus. Participants Pwill compete in three categories: men, women and children. There will be three SUP board categories: Category 12’6’’ for SUPs 12’6’’ and smaller, Category 14’0’’ for SUPs bigger than 12’6’’ and category FUN. The FUN category includes any type and size of SUP board surf-wave. The winner of category 12’6’’ and 14’0’’ shall have the unique opportunity to travel free with Aegean Airlines and take part, in the final race of the 4th Hellenic SUP CUP 2014, the crossing of the unique Isthmus of Corinth, on October 19th 2014.
